The Sanctuary is located at 2932 Caniff St. Hamtramck, MI 48212 and is an All Ages establishment, however, anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian per Michigan Law. All shows are general admission and standing room only (unless otherwise noted) and we do not allow re-entry once the ticket has been scanned in.

For the safety of all our patrons and staff, all guests and artists will be required to walk through metal detectors. When entering the building please place purses and bags on the table for inspection. Please also place all cell phones, wallets, and keys into the tubs provided.  If an alarm is raised, that patron will be asked to step aside for a more thorough search.

No outside food, beverages, backpacks or weapons are allowed inside the venue. Coat check is available when you enter the building, there is a $5.00 per item fee.

There are no professional cameras or recording devices allowed. If you’re seeking a media pass, please contact the artist’s management/representation directly.

We have plenty of free street parking and a few lots right around us.

Door times are listed via our ticket links, the time listed is when doors open to the public and artists generally start between 30-75 minutes after that time.

We are only open when there is an event.

TICKETS

All of our pre-sale tickets are available online via our website/Ticketweb, we do not support third party purchases (Stubhub, Seat Geek, etc). All tickets purchased from an unauthorized vendor will be denied and we are not able to issue a refund on their behalf. We currently not have a box office to buy physical tickets, though all shows that are not sold out will have tickets available at the door.

Unfortunately if an event is listed as SOLD OUT, that means there will be no additional tickets made available. 

All tickets sales are final – no refunds or credits.
